Adam graduated with honors from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where he developed a deep appreciation for the mind-body connection and the transformative potential of therapeutic touch.
A lifelong athlete, Adam has been immersed in rugby since the age of ten—whether playing on the field or coaching from the sidelines. His passion for movement extends far beyond the game: you’ll often find him bouldering, at the gym, playing squash, or practicing yoga. This active lifestyle has shaped his understanding of performance, resilience, and recovery.
Having experienced his own share of injuries throughout years of competitive sport, Adam knows firsthand the challenges of regaining strength and mobility. His personal journey through rehabilitation inspired his commitment to helping others restore balance, overcome limitations, and achieve lasting physical wellness.
In his practice, Adam especially enjoys working with athletes and active individuals. He takes pride in tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs of his clients—combining technical skill with empathy and genuine care. His approach is grounded in understanding, collaboration, and a shared goal of helping you feel and perform at your best.
Outside of work, Adam loves connecting with new people and hearing their stories. His interests include playing and coaching rugby, traveling, cooking for his family, bouldering, hiking, photography, decorating, tending to plants, board games, and spending quality time with his kids, family, and friends.
